I cannot say enough positive things about Mercedes and Steve. My husband and I were blown away by their exceptional level of professionalism, care and talent. Mercedes and Steve were so organized but beyond that, were deeply invested in my husband and I's story and wishes for our wedding and wedding video. They truly care about the couples and events they capture and it shows - both on the day of the wedding and during the editing process. They went above and beyond to get the perfect shots and even helped with things beyond videography, like helping me with my veil - I mean seriously Mercedes raced home between locations to get me extra Bobby pins !! They are not just there to capture the moments on film, but they were also the life of the party on the dance floor and making everyone laugh genuinely during staged shots. They made everyone feel so comfortable and at ease during the entire shooting process. The finished product blew us away. We are truly overwhelmed with our experience with Cloud Soucy. We HIGHLY recommend them & our only regret was that we wished we had used them for BOTH photo and video!!!
This is long over due. Mercedes and Steve are amazing people and absolutely blew my mind and melted my heart with their service. They created a beautiful video dedicated to my mom. They were so easy and mellow to work with. They pulled pictures and videos from all kinds of devices I had… even video cameras from the early 2000’s and created a BEAUTIFUL story that was almost like a timeline of her life. This video came out better than I could have imagined and I’m so grateful y’all did this for me. Thank you guys so much for this. I know my mom would have loved this so so much. You guys are the BEST!!
Mercedes and Steve were absolutely incredible! They were prompt and a joy to work with throughout the entire process. Mercedes was calming and kind when videoing the “before” shots of us getting ready. I didn’t feel rushed or stressed at all! The videos that they created of our wedding ceremony and reception were so beautifully put together and edited. Mercedes and Steve captured all of our favorite moments and were SO FUN to work with! We also loved the drone footage of the church and our beach reception! I would recommend Cloud Soucy to everyone—their services are an absolute steal for their prices.

Wow! It is hard to succinctly articulate how amazing it was to work with Mercedes and Steve. I am not going to lie, while we love capturing the memories, we were dreading taking pictures based upon previous experiences. Within the course of 45 minutes, we laughed, we danced, our 7-year-old was entertained, and Steve and Mercedes were able to quickly capture some amazing lifelong memories. The really are a dream team and we would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else who is looking for a fun and fast experience with high quality pictures.
